Amanda Hill has been actively engaged in the practice of law since 2004. She spent the first five years of her practice doing primarily insurance and corporate defense work. She then went into business for herself. She and her husband began a partnership in 2009. Then the two of them and Attorney David Hoskins merged practices to become Hoskins, Hill & Hill, PLLC in 2015.
Ms. Hill’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation. Her practice includes appellate work, personal injury cases, domestic relations, probate, estate planning and juvenile law. She has experience with criminal law, as well, having formerly served as an assistant county attorney for Whitley County, Kentucky.
Ms. Hill obtained her juris doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 004. She obtained her undergraduate degree in English Literature from Transylvania University in 2001. She is originally from Pike County, Kentucky. She has been a resident of Corbin, Kentucky since 2004.
Ms. Hill devotes a significant amount of time to her legal practice. However, she also has a wide range of interests outside of the practice of law. She is an avid runner who also enjoys reading, hiking, traveling and cooking. Ms. Hill also enjoys spending time with her three young children.
